| The Acorn Fund is targeted at emerging Internet, E-Commerce, Wireless, and Software companies. Our geographic preference is for California companies. While we will consider companies outside California we do not not consider opportunities outside the United States.
Acorn's goal is to invest in early stage companies from our (estimated) $100,000,000 fund. We like to co-invest with other reputable Angel and Venture Capital companies. Our participation ranges in size from $250,000 to $1 million. In addition, Acorn is affiliated with major Angel and Venture Capital companies in Silicon Valley. This provides us with unique access to investment opportunities and venture capital.

The company must have a clear vision, narrow focus and a good plan to achieve their goals.
